In Excel-Like views (backend and frontend), I can show selectbox items, if I define a value List with some possible values
But if I use 'Values from another wpTable (foreign key)' with a correct definition of the id from the source table as store value and the string form the source table as display value, no selectbox is shown.
Is there a limitation?
Hello Claudio.
Thank you for your purchase.
Yes, unfortunately, there is a limitation when it comes to Excel-like editor and Foreign Keys. You can use inline editing in standard editor, and when you're done change it to Excel-like and it'll display the correct values.
This, of course, would not be useful if you need to enable editing for front-end users, and Excel-like is a must.
I am sorry for any inconvenience.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
