    Hello,

An employee has created in Google calendar an event called "Lunch Time" that is automatically repeated every day from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Amelia time is set from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. This "lunchtime" event is marked as busy in google calendar.

Well, the problem is that if we go to Amelia's calendar, the first 20 or 30 days, the "Lunchtime" schedule respects it perfectly. But if we look beyond those 20 or 30 days, the calendar does not work well anymore. For example, instead of blocking from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, it only blocks from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. If I leave months later, it does not block anything.

The objective of my employee is that when he makes an appointment, he can
use your meal schedule if he needs.

He does not want to have to create a special day in Amelia to do this, he prefers to enable this schedule in google calendar.

    How can i fix this?

In Amelia> Settings> Google calendar, I have set the maximum number of events returned to 2500.

    Best regards

I just force code to set maximum number of events returned to 5000 and works. But I set "Available period to reserve in advance" to 60 days to not force server.

Anyway, I still think that an employee with administrator role should be able to make appointments at any time they need without depending on the general public's schedule.
