    Hi

    i have set the days and times of my classes under both the settings and under the employee. but when someone goes to book in it is showing no dates or times available.

    i have already submitted a ticket with no response. i need this sorted asap.

    Hi Hayley,

    As I can see you have our full plugin version. In the previous ticket I have sent you a possible solution. Please try it and tell me if you still have the same issue.

    If the issue still exists I will need to ask you to please open a new Private ticket in Amelia section and please provide us a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
