Ok , I just test it out on your site and I can confirm that this is a bug. I forwarded this to my team and they confirmed me that they will look for the solution.
When we fix this we will include it in the next update, but i the mean time I can patch the code on your site so yo do not need to wait for the update.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
In the front view i cant see the 18, 50 but before the update i had no problems.
You can see in the settings i want to show the decimals.
