Ok I have n GRAVITY FORM from which I get the data for wpDataTables. This form has fields that are only shown conditionally.
Even if I enter data in the form in these fields I cannot see these fields in EDIT mode in the EDITING MODAL.
Example: The form have many fields but I only show, lets say, the Name and Surname, and Address fields in the columns in the table.
When I click on a row and then on edit the modal should show all the fields of the form, right? It shows the rest of the fields but the ones that have the condition to show on them do not display in the modal and are not available for editing. And as I have said, these fields are filled in on the form which means that they are not conditionally hidden anymore.
O I forgot. All the settings are correct as you have mentioned.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I went in again, and this time I checked all plugins. I saw you have a lot of Gravity plugins, and most likely the "GP Nested Forms" are the ones responsible for "SHOW COMPLETE FORM".
Please note that Gravity Forms integration addon is working with wpDataTables plugin and a core Gravity Forms plugin. However, integration with other Gravity Forms addons isn’t confirmed so we cannot guarantee that it will work.
In your case - it works, but only to a certain extent.
Good day
I have a wpdatatable integrated with gravity forms.
In the table I did I enabled edit mode which is working fine but the fields that are only shown conditionally do not show up in the editing modal.
Any solution to this issue?
Regards
Andre Groenewald
Hello Andre.
Thank you for your purchase.
the fields that are only shown conditionally do not show up in the editing modal
I apologize, but I did not quite understand this part. Can you explain in a bit more detail, please?
Did you check the "Editor input type" under settings of those columns?
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Yeah, that sounds about right.

Hi Andre.
From what I understand, when you click on the check-box next to "SHOW COMPLETE FORM", nothing happened, correct?
If that is true, it seems that the issue is resolved, since I was able to select it (see attached screencast).
Please let me know.
Best regards.

Hi Aleksandar
The issue is not with creating a new entry. The issue is with EDITING an existing entry.
Thanks
Andre
Ah, I see Andre.
Although, all the fields are avalable for me to edit. What I cannot do, however, is I cannot hide the SHOW COMPLETE FORM.
When I open the Edit modal, the console gives an error:
It refers to "GP Populate Anything" plugin.
What happens when you disable it?
Is the issue resolved with it disabled?
Best regards.

Hi Aleksandar
Disabling that plugin does not make a difference. Still the same error.
