We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – AmeliawpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hello,

    We're looking to implement a booking system, i love how yours flows, however the biggest issue we have currently is the following.

    We are a charity, as we rent out our main room so people can have parties/gatherings or which ever they may want to use the hall for. Some users may just book 1 hour, however some users may want to book 4 hours or some may want to book it out for the whole day (Selecting all available hours).
    Can your system handle this, if so can i see it in action if possible.

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    Unfortunately, at the moment we don't have the option for users to choose how long they want to book. The only way to allow something like this is to make different services with different duration and named them like, for example, Renting (1 hour), Renting (2 hours) etc. so your users can select which service they want and see the available dates and times. Second option is to create service and add extras for more hours, like Extra duration, and in that way customers can select service and then add as many extras as they need, the calendar will follow the chosen. However, you should know that we don't allow bookings of more than one day at the moment, so the maximum for one appointment can be approximately 23 hours.
