I cannot find any Shortcode attributes and placeholders? Where can I find them.

I apologize, but I did not quite understand the question. Can you explain in a bit more detail what it is you're asking? You can take a look at our documentation about placeholders, but what do you mean by shortcode attributes?

how can I hide the filter advanced column filters in the footer or in the header? but the filter must be still active.

You can display filters in a form above the table:

Or do you mean hiding them from view but predefined values would still be active?

If you just want to hide them, you can use this CSS in Custom JS and CSS (under CSS field) in main settings of wpDataTables:

tfoot {
display: none !important;
}

Our plugin can create tables created from Gravity Forms integration for wpDataTables and Formidable Forms integration for wpDataTables, but not vice-versa.
