Overview of our business: we are a hatchet throwing house that is selling lane rentals for a set period of time. We have 5 lanes available at any given time slot, so a max of 5 bookings per hour can occur.
Our issue: It seems as though when a customer books a larger reservation timeslot (2 hour lane deposit, 3 hour lane deposit, or 4 hour lane deposit), it is using up all of the "sessions" allowed per hour.
For example, we currently have an Appointment booked for 630pm and 930pm on March 1st, for one hour. If you try to select "2 hour", there is only one other option. If you try to select "3hr" or "4hr", there are no options available - despite the fact that we should be able to fit 5 appointments per hour.
How do we rectify this? it is causing us to lose business in bookings.
Sorry but I did not quite understand the use case for your booking process.
Can you please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site so we can take a look at the services their duration and employees so we can understand it better.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
