In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Some customers told me when they take an apointment at the final step on mobile. The page appears to the bottom of the page so they can't see the message "your appointment is taken". They think it doesn't work. Can you help me ?

PS : And when the customer took apointment in the last step the page scroll until down of the page. Maybe you can help me too - I already open another ticket for this. But I tell you if it 's easy for you

Yes you were right. There is an issue when you finish with appointment it will not show you thank you page right away(you need to scroll up to see it). This is forward to my development team to investigate and it will be fixed in one of the next updates. Thank you very much for reporting this.
