We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi, ok I have a general question.  We have a site we are using the plugin for, and we are making tables.  Are we able to change styling for the form, fonts, colors, etc.. on a per table basis?  Don't want all tables in the entire website to be the same, we want different styling on a per form basis.  Any help is appreciated.

    Hello Bryan.

    Thank you for your purchase.

    This would be achievable using some custom CSS, but it'd have to be added in <style> ... </style> tags on the page where the table's shortcode is. For example:

    </style>
    .wpdt-c td.column-YOUR_COLUMN_NAME {
        text-align: left !important;
        color: blue !important;
        font-family: verdana !important;
        size: 20px !important;
    }
    </style>

    This would be applied to only one column.

    There are a lot of options when using custom CSS, so you'd have to explore what exactly you'd like to achieve.

    Please note that this would be considered custom work, and customizations are not covered in the included support for the plugin. Included support covers help with bugs and general inquiries for the plugin features, but not writing custom code. As you're developing some custom solution if you need our assistance we can offer you our paid customization service.

    I hope this helps.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,
