We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I have a spreadsheet with a column for Acrobat version. There are 63 rows and the Acrobat column has the version in the cell. In the screenshot i attached to this support case, the version lists on the left, but what is the numbering on the bottom (running horizontal)? I'd like the numbering to reflect how many rows contain a particular version of Acrobat.
So in my screenshot, that mouse-over display showing the Acrobat version 19.010.20091, the 853 should be the number of rows that contain 19.010.20091 in the Acrobat column.
How can i accomplish this?
Hello homemadebyx.
If I understood you correctly, you want the chart to display the number of instances where 19.010.20091 appears, correct?
If that is true, you need to add an integer column which will always have a pre-defined value of "1", so each instance of any entry will be recorded as a single input.
Then, when you create a chart, you can enable grouping, so all "19.010.20091" will be grouped and the integer column will be summed to the number of instances it appears in.
You can hide that column from view, and still use it in a chart.
I hope this helps.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
