The Extras do not load when the customer is selected, after assigning the service and schedule.
The steps I take to reproduce the problem are the following ones. I open Amelia- Appointments, then I assign a new appointment Then I assign the service and the employee to assign the appointment time. Then I create a new client. When I save the client I am directed to extras but the extras of the service are not appearing.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Yes we now see steps that you take. We test it in our local environment and also on test live serves and I can confirm that there is an issue on our side. It is forward to my development team to investigate and it will be fixed in one of the next update. Thank you for reporting this.
