1. It depends on the speed of your server. You can try our Lite version to see.

We don't have hooks right now, but we plan to add Zapier integration inside Amelia with some of the next releases.

At the moment we have three actions covered "booking completed", "booking rescheduled" and "booking canceled" but for the next update we will add action for status change.
