In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

My customer told me that the paiement by paypal doesn't work. And it does. Everytime I select paypal, a new page try to open but close. I check my cliend Id et secret code. Check if there are blank space before and after the code but no. The problem is on desktop and mobile. Can you help me ? Thanks
PS : Is it ok if I update wordpress to the last version 5.1 ?

Sorry for late resposne but we are not working on weekends.
Can you please send me the link of the page where you have the PayPal payment so I can test it out on mobile devices.
As for the 5.1 version, we tested it out and everything is working on our side. but some customers report some issues that we are trying to see what is the problem, so my suggestion is to wait a little bit more to until the update the WP to 5.1

I just checked with our test credentials from the paypal and everything seems to work fine.
It seams that Test Client ID and Test Secret fields don't have correct values. Can you check again please if these values are correct?
Can you please use the ID and the Secret for the LIVE instead of sandbox credentials.
