the paypal functionality is not working properly. it seems everything is set up correctly on wordpress, but when you select payment with paypal the page does not load to login and pay. please advise?
If you do please check are fields “Live Client ID” and “Live Secret” in our plugins are same as on your PayPal account?
If they are the same then please check do you have empty spaces before and after that values(there is a chance that you grab it when you copy values from PayPal account) (attachments) and if you have please remove it and it will work fine. (check for both: “Live Client ID” and “Live Secret” )
i cant get into the paypal loading page at all. i use https://dlfitness.es/pruebanos-gratis/ and go through the payment process and click confirm and paypal never comes up. stripe seems to work fine though. it has the same id and user as the paypal.

Can you please tell me did you follow instructions from our documentation about Configuring Payments and Payment Systems in the Amelia WordPress Booking Plugin?
