We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – AmeliawpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,

Please let me know if it's possible to display, for each customer, its own calendar view, I mean it's own services scheduled and planned.

For example, my customer, John Doe, want to book a home service we propose and he decide to plan the service each friday of the year.

In the back office we will have the reservation as well as many others from each customer.

In the front, the customer, John Doe, after authentication, should see its own planning.

Do you think that this use case is okay for an implementation ?

    regards,

    Denis Forzy

    Hi Forzy,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

Unfortunately Front-end cabinet for customers is not supported at the moment, but we have it on our To Do list for the future releases. At the moment it is possible to add Amelia customer user role to each customers and with it customer can login to the back-end and see or Cancel his appointments. Customer is able to see only the Calendar and Appointments page with his appointments, but he cannot see the other pages that admin sees, other appointments or WordPress panel.

Also, you should know that recurring appointments (scheduling of one appointment that would repeat each Friday) is not supported at the moment, but it is also on our To Do list for future updates.

    Best regards.

    Hi Isidora,

Do you have information about the road map concerning these features ?

    Hi Forzy,

I cannot say for sure when we will implement it, but I can tell you that our plan goes like this for large features: Event booking and Event List view, Recurring option, new Skins and Customization options and then Front-end booking cabinet. Beside of these large features we are working on the small ones also so we cannot say when they will be implemented, but we will give our best to be as soon as possible.

    Best regards.
