We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hi, 

    Yesterday I had a weird error- after a year of working with no problems, there was suddenly an error message where my table is set on my website (screenshot) . When I entered the dashboard and the plugin setting and pressed 'configure'  the same message appeared . Happened using both phones+desktops. 

    I than deleted and uploaded wpdatatables again. At first everything seemed fine and the configure works but now I have a new and specific problem- Whenever I enable the responsiveness button it goes right back to being disabled. Same thing with the column setting- I disable the phones+tablets icons, I press apply, everything seems fine, but than it goes right back to the previous setting. 

    It worked perfectly for almost a year, I don't what suddenly happened. As a result my tables cannot  be seen on mobiles (only on desktops). 

    what can I do?

    I already responded to the other ticket describing the same issue.
