In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I know that this plugin was meant for scheduling appointments for 1 person at a specific date and time, but we are thinking of purchasing this plugin because we have classes that people attend and I was wondering if more than one person could sign up for the same event at the same time? And can we put a limit on the number of people attending that class?

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Yes, of course this is possible. Our services can have minimum and maximum capacity so you can have group classes and you can decide if you want to allow one person to book for multiple people or each person will book for themself. At the moment your classes would be shown in a form of a calendar with dates of the whole month, but unavailable dates would be marked differently. However, we plan to implement event booking option (which is more suitable for classes, trainings, tours, and other events.), and then we will also make a new booking form where all events (classes) will be shown in a list.

The Event Booking will be available in the end of April or beginning of May, probably the beginning of May since we have some non-working days at the end of April.
