In my case, I have a plan called 4x3, in which the patient takes 4 appointments but pays the price of 3, that is, the fourth appointment is free. Under this scheme, when a patient takes 4 appointments, I give a 25% discount on each appointment, so that the total discount is 100% of an appointment. Is there any way to implement the referred scheme in Amelia?
Unfortunately something like this is not possible. However, you can create a coupon and send it after the third scheduled appointment so the customers can use it for the forth one. In that case that coupon would be 100% discount and the forth appointment would be totally free.
