Hello, I am a new buyer of the plugin and it is working fantastic at the moment. I have managed to fix the issue of translation using your advice, and am just adjusting and trying out all the features.
One thing I noticed is that when I uploaded my employees and set their working hours, they are all marked as "away" and this does not change. They are already connected to google calendar and dont have busy hours so this should be set as available. Is there something I am missing? It seems to be the default setting.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
im not sure i understand what the difference is between your screen and my screen?
how are the working hours different in your style? is it because you bulked them in together as 07:00-10:00 for example and then I need to mark their 15 min breaks between the 45 min classes??
your test employee is also marked as "away"
please could you explain a bit further, sorry if i am being a bit daft!
The approach that you mentioned you below is to save your time, it is much more faster if you made some new employees to save the time with my example below.
As for the away issue, can you please check in your WordPress settings page is the timezone the same like the timezone that you are in it.
As I can see you enabled show clients their timezone which is OK, the clients will see the appointments depends on their time zone, just for your employees check if the time zone in WordPress settings is correct one, the one you are in.

Glad to hear that you like our plugin.
Can you please check if you setup the working hours of the company in the Amelia settings aswell.
Best regards.

HI Carmen,
OK now I am logged in and I can see what the issue is.
You should not setup the working hours for employee like you did.
I made a test employee where you can see how you should set up the working hours and services (attachment)
Can you please do this for your other employees and when the working time is right they should be available for appointments.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
