Hi, I have created some tables with DataTable and some of them work without problems. Unfortunately, I have a problem with one of them. As soon as I make a change and want to save it, the red window with "Error" appears in the upper right corner and afterwards the spinning wheel turns and doesn't stop anymore. I cannot make any more changes because the changes are not saved.
As data source I have Gravity Form. The problem only occurred a few days ago, after the table had been working for about 2 months. If I make a change to the table and want to save this change, a red box appears in the upper right corner with the message "Error" and the spinning wheel turns and does not stop.
I have just discovered that changes can apparently be made after all. When I go to "Save" after a change, the error message appears and the spinning wheel turns. When I update the page, the change has been applied.
The question is, why does the error message appear when saving?
If it helps, I can also give you administrator access.
Yes, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also, please provide me with the table ID and the form ID, so I know where to look.
This red "error" notification that you're receiving is, simply put, strange. No response from the page, no specific error, just a notification that disappears when you refresh the page. Also, the changes do get saved after the refresh.
I must say I'm puzzled. Can you take a look at the server log and see if there are any errors there. You'll notice there's a new table, called TEST SUPPORT, where I created a copy of your table id=9. If the issue was related to changes made in the form, this new table would bypass the error, but since the error keeps coming up, I'd need to see the server log.
Also, can you try disabling other plugins to see if the issue is there. There are no errors in the console, and from what I can see, all the fields used in the form are pretty simple: e-mail, website, name, address, drop-down, string and HTML, correct?
What I mean is - you didn't use some other Gravity Add-on to create the form, other than Gravity Integration or the Core Gravity plugin, correct?
Hello Aleksandar, Thank you for your help in finding the cause. If the changes are accepted despite the error message, this is still not bad. I will deactivate and reactivate all plugins tomorrow, maybe there will be a plugin which causes the error. I will also have a look at the server log. If I gain new insights, I'll let you know.

Hello Gerhard.
Thank you for your purchase.
Can you, please tell us how the table was created and what the actual error is?
Did this issue occur after the table worked for some time, or did it start right away?
Any further detail on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
