We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    I am a psychologist and I live in Venezuela, so I need to handle two types of currencies. Local currency (Bs.) For face-to-face appointments, and the dollar for On Line appointments via Skype. I would like to know if it is possible for me to handle both types of currency, each for different services?

     

    On the other hand, I need to generate 1,000 coupons to send individually (one per customer), so it is impossible for me to think about creating each coupon individually. I would like to know if Amelia has any functionality to generate these coupons or if is possible to import a table (CVS or Excel) of coupons?

    Hi Melvin,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    Unfortunately, these two things are not possible with our plugin at the moment. You can set only one currency for all services, and there is no option to add 1000 coupons easily. It would be great if you could suggest these features on our features list here. We plan to follow our users needs in the further plugin development.
