We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Dear responsable one,
My web designer recommended me using your booking platform and indeed I am very interested to do so. I work as a tour guide and could use it to easily let my clients book their desired tour.
Questions I have are: Will it be possible to use the Mollie Payment system with Amelia? And second at the admin side will apple calander (iCal) synchronisation be possible next to google 2 way?
It would be the way I want to work and since I am in Europe Mollie is truly more costumer friendly than Stripe for the banks people use.
Hope you can help. Your design is truly my top one choice now.
Thank you so much!
Hi Marijn,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Currently, we support PayPal, Stripe and On-site payment types but we also have the integration with WooCommerce, that supports various types of payments. So, if Mollie Payment is supported by WooCommerce, then you can use this integration. You can try how the booking process looks like when you use WooCommerce integration on our demo site here, just go to the Payment Settings on the Settings page, enable the WooCommerce and try the booking process on the front-end booking form.
As for the iCal synchronisation, we don't have it at the moment (currently just Google cal), but we have it in our plan for the future.
Best regards.
