We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – AmeliawpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

Will your plug-in work with variable products with variable employees in Woocommerce?

    Hi Robert,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

The WooCommerce integration is using one "fake" product, that is created after enabling WooCommerce in Amelia Settings -> Payments. This product is required for making the appointments, and it is the only way to integrate with WooCommerce (It is named "Appointment", has price 0, and it is hidden on the Shop page). All Amelia appointments use this same WooCommerce product.

If your question was about adding several appointments to the cart, then you should know that something like this is not possible at the moment since we don't support multiple appointments booking.

    Best regards.

    Thanks for the reply!

Would it be possible to have Amelia booking as a bundle package with already existing products in Woocommerce? For example in my shop I sell a bundle package with robotic lawn mower with installation of the lawn mower bundle together in one package. I want to give my customers the freedom to make a booking directly when they purchase my package. Do you think I could ad that future?

    Thanks!

    Hi Robert,

We have tried this with WooCommerce products and it is working, just at the moment total price doesn't show the appointment price with products (it shows just the product price). We will fix this issue for the next release so everything will be working.

    Best regards.
