We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
We are looking for a booking software that integrates with WordPress and allows for the ability to book multiple appointments for the same date and time. The reason is we will assign a sales person to the appointment on our back end.
Hi Kent,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
It is possible to schedule multiple appointments at the same date and time in our plugin, but currently it is not possible to assign the appointment to employee after the booking. The appointment is assigned automatically during the booking to the employee who is free and assigned for that service. If there are multiple employees assigned to one service then the dropdown for choosing employees will be shown on the front-end booking form, but it is possible to easily hide it with CSS. In that case, if this dropdown is hidden, the appointment will be added to the employee randomly.
You can try this on our demo site here.
Best regards.
Hi Isidora,
Sorry, I should have clarified. I am perfectly fine with the app assigning it to one individual which in our case, we'll just assign it to the company profile and we'll manually distribute it between team members. Would this be a possibility?
Hi Kent,
If you assign everything to one company (one employee in our plugin) it will not be possible to have multiple appointments at the same time because plugin will look at your schedule and once the first appointment is booked for one time slot that time slot will become unavailable (if the maximum capacity for appointment is full). In order to allow scheduling of multiple appointments at the same date and time you would need to create multiple employees in the plugin (and connect them with that service), so there can be multiple working hours and parallel appointments.
I hope that I was clear, if not, please tell me and I will give my best to provide a better explanation and example.
Best regards.
