1. I would like to know if this plug in has multi language facility. My users are Spanish and based in Spain also it will affect the time difference on the calendar by 1 hour of gmt I suppose?
2. Can the fields of the form be customized. Ie. where it says “trainer” could I change it to say “entrenador” for example, which would be Spanish for trainer (in which case avoid the need for multi language capability)
3. Can the order of the fields be changed around? I see on the demo it asks for “training” and then “trainer”, could I amend it to say “location” (1 have 4 locations) and then “calendar” (for them to select the date and time).
4. Once the customer reaches the end of the form it asks for payment (can this be set to 0€ if they have booked a free trial?)
5. Once an appointment is made, what happens to the data? Do I receive an email with the form details? How does it connect with stripe/ PayPal? Will it tell me in an email that the client has made payment and it was approved on stripe or PayPal?
6. There are bank holidays where no classes are available due to the centers being closed, how can this be amended on the forms when this happens?
1. We have Spanish translation. Approximately 95% of the plugin is translated but if you find some missing strings you can always translate it using some third party plugins like Loco Translate or Poedit are. To change the language you need to go to the WordPress General Settings and change the Site language to Spanish. As for the time zone, you can also change the time zone in the WordPress General Settings and if your customers are in the exact time zone like you then you and them will see the same time. If they are in the different time zone than you and your employees, you will need to enable option Show booking slots in client time zone, and you will be able to use the plugin in several time zones. We have all the options, I am not just sure what you need so I am writing about all of them.
2. Yes, of course, you can change this in the translation files using Poedit or Loco Translate, or you can change it in our Labels settings on the Settings page. We have option for creating employees and locations separately, so you can create both.
3. You just need the location without the choosing of services and employees? Then a suppose that you would need to create one service and then add locations in the place where employee should be and connect them all with that service. In that way since there is just one service, that service will not be shown and your customers will just have the option to choose the Location.
4. Yes, you can set service price as 0, and the payment calculation will not be visible anymore.
5. You can set email and sms notifications so you can receive all the data. More about the notifications you can read here. As for the payment part, you need to add your account in the plugin, and if you enable both payment methods your clients will be able to choose which they want and they will not be able to finish the booking if payment didn't pass. If they use Stripe, they will be asked for a card right away on our booking form, and if they use PayPal, they will be redirected to enter all the details on PayPal side.
6. You have option to add General Days off or Days Off for each employee (location), so you can set this easily, and when there is non-working day, your customers will see this date as unavailable date in the calendar.
