I am considering buying your WordPress plugin, I have a concern.
I can configure an access for each employee and in this way when the employee A enters not and can not modify the data of employee B.
I have 15 employees and each one handles a different schedule.
For example, employee A is available on Mondays from 08:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. and Wednesdays from 02:00 p.m. until 06:00 p.m.
and employee B is available on Tuesdays from 08:00 a.m. until 05:00 p.m. and Thursdays from 02:00 p.m. until 06:00 p.m.
I want each of them to enter amelia and can see how many appointments they have in their agenda but can not see the appointments in the other's agenda (this should be done from the back end of the official website or there is an access from the front end? to consult, modify, cancel, verify and comply with appointments)
Would a user be made for each employee?
Or would all enter through the official back end of the website? (WordPress)

quiero que cada uno de ellos ingrese a amelia y pueda consultar cuantas citas tiene dentro de su agenda pero que no puedan ver las citas en la agenda del otro (¿esto lo debe hacer desde el back end de la página web oficial o hay un acceso desde el front end? para consultar , modificar, cancelar, verificar y dar cumplimiento a las citas)
¿se haría un usuario para cada empleado?
¿o todos ingresarían a través del back end oficial de la página web? (WordPress)
If I understand you right we have exactly the same option like you need. You can add to each your employee Amelia Employee user role, once you add it in their profile, they receive the automatic email where they can set their password. After that they can login to the back-end and see only their own appointments and also if you allow them they can modify the appointments and their profile and their working hours, days off and special days. More about the user roles you can read here, and how to modify these settings you can read here on our Roles Settings. By default employee can see Appointments page with only his appointments, Calendar page with his appointments, and if you allow him he can also add/edit his appointments and edit his profile with working hours and everything (there is separate option for each). Employees will not be able to see appointments from other employees or to see WordPress panel.
As for the payment option, at the moment we support three payment types PayPal, Stripe and On-site, but we also have integration with WooCommerce, so if WooCommerce has this payment type then you can use this integration and with it this payment type.
