    Hi Enrique,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

Yes, you can configure automatic sending of emails to the employees each time when the appointment is made, and with the placeholders for emails you can configure what information they will receive (more about this you can read here). Currently we have the following email types: Appointment Approved email, Appointment Pending email, Appointment Rejected email, Appointment canceled email, Appointment rescheduled email and Appointment Next Day Reminder for employee. We have these types of emails for customer also just there are two more Appointment Follow up and Birthday Greeting.

If you have any more questions do not hesitate to ask.

    Best regards.

That sounds greate, thank you for the reply.

Just another question, is there a "next day agenda" email for the employees So that employees can see all of their appointments in the same email?

It could be awesome if there would be a quick table with all the appointments and customer information for the next day, and send it automatically to employees.

I've been looking at the demo site and I haven't found that frature. If there is one, let me know, please.

Anyway, it's a great plugin. For sure I'll get it for my business.

    Greetings :)

    Hi Enrique,

Unfortunately we don't have this option at the moment. It would be great if you could suggest it on our feature list here.

At the moment, it is possible to add to each of your employees Amelia employee user role, and with that user role employees can login to the back-end and see all their appointments. When they login they are able to see only the Appointments page, the Calendar page and their profile on the Employees page, and in our Roles Settings you can decide what they will be able to do. You should know that they will not be able to see the WordPress panel like admin can.

    Best regards.
