After publishing the Google Sheets data and copying/pasting the link into the form, it will not let me click "Apply." A "red circle with a line through it" icon shows up instead of my mouse. I have done everything correctly in setting this up, so I'm not sure why this is happening.

When you paste the URL link can you please click outside of the filed , for example here ( attachment) then the Apply should be green.
