I cannot use the amelia booking plugin because nothing in the backend works. Either it does not start and the loading screen lasts forever (i. g. screenshot "Mitglieder" [=employes]) or if I type in the data and press submit a loading icon apperas and disappears immediately (i. g. Orte [=locations]).
If it helps I am willed to use the EN version but so far nothing works. I have tried several terminals (Win 8.1, Win 10) and browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer) with the latest updates. I have deactivated any potential disturbances (i. g. Kaspersky) as well and still no result. So what to do next?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

OK I noticed that you are using the 1.3.4 version of our plugin and the latest version is 1.4.2
Can you please update the plugin by following the steps from our documentation and if you still have the problem let me know.
