Hi there, I've just started working with Amelia. I've added working hours and breaks under the global settings however these aren't applying to all employees. I've attached screen caps. Should these working hours also apply to the calendar as well? i.e. if working hours are 7am - 4:30pm, should the calendar reflect this and be greyed out appropriately.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I've fixed it now by adding the hours against each employee. I thought I had read somewhere that if I had the working hours/breaks within the settings it would then apply to all employees (meaning that I wouldn't have to then set their hours independently). All sorted now though, thanks.

Hi Kathryn,
OK i can now see the setup of the working hours and employees.
Can you please tell me for which employee the calendar is not showing the right time slot.
As I can see all of the employees are starting work at 9:00 AM and the working hours for the company is from the 7:00 AM.
You can not book anything between 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
Correct me if I did not understand you .
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
