In my spreadsheet, I have multiple values separated by commas as delimiters. When I set up the filter, I cannot enter predefined values, for example, the column Indicator Level should be:

• Community
• Individual
• Health service delivery
• Policy and environment

You can see how they are not breaking apart at the comma in the attached screenshot and in the link I provided.  I cannot paste in the values (e.g. Community|Individual|Health service delivery|Policy and environment) in the admin section. I have tried commas, commas with no spaces and pipes, although in the past this has always worked with commas. Thank you. 

Closing this because I figured it out - you control this under the 'Data' section in Column settings.
