We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

So Amelia does not support multi-cart function.

My question is does the WooCommerce plug in integration allow for this?

Also,I watched the video and it says that the calendar function will no longer show if Woo is installed.

So the function/outcome I am looking to achieve is as follows -

I need to show categories with images

The customer then picks a category and a service.

When a service has been selected it gets added to a basket and the customer can then choose more services from whichever category until they are ready to check out.

At that point the basket will have all the services chosen, with the correct total price and correct total time.
And then calendar shows only slots based on the total time as per the basket contents.

CAN THIS BE DONE AND IF SO HOW PLEASE !!??

    Hi John,
    Thank you for your purchase.

Unfortunately at the moment there’s no built-in solution.

Thank you for your suggestion. We carefully follow customers requirements and try to implement most of them if they appear in requests from time to time, so we will add to our idea list and look into some possible solutions on plugin side in the future.

We constantly strive to make our product better, and deliver the most value for our end users - so please share your feedback on what features you need in next versions on this link.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,

    Isidora Markovic

I know there is no built in option but I was asking if the integration between Amelia and WooCommerce would allow for this?

    Hi John,

Like I said it is not possible with built in features of plugin or with WooCommerce integtraion at the moment.

You can suggest this feature on link in previous post and depends on of customers needs and votes will be discussed about his implementation in the future.

    Thank you for understanding.

    Best regards.
