I have followed instructions and I have added the code to Cron, with the times of the scheduled notification being the same, I've even unistalled and re-installed a new cron plugin, but nothing is working! Please help me get this to work!
I suppose that there is some issue with setting of the cronjobs, because there are a lot of different servers and configuration for cron jobs are not the same. In our documentation is provided institutions for most of them.
Please provide me a temporary cPanel and WP-LOGIN credentials for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Amelia is not sending sms's or email.
