Hi, I need to ask a few questions about your plugin

    1. How can customers view their booking history and manage their bookings

    2. How can I override the plugin with custom files to change the logo or other settings. I don't want my customer to see the Amelia logo or Amelia text, I need his company logo or text.

    3. Does the SMS notification system works independently of Amelia plugin? I mean, if you close your business down (hope not) and Amelia plugin wont exist any more - so no updates in the future - will the SMS system continue to work or it is connected to your servers?

    4. What about translations? Do you offer a differnt PO file or other languages are included in the installation package?

    Thanks.

    Hi theBigBanik,

    Thank you for your purchase.

    1. With adding Amelia Customer user role, your customers can login into the back-end and see and cancel their appointments. They will be able to see their Appointments and Calendar page, but they will not see other Amelia pages or WordPress panel. You can manually add this role to each your customer (more about it read here), or you can enable the option for automatic creation each time when a new customer makes a booking (this option you can find on the Roles Settings). Either way your customer will receive an email with username and a link where they can set their password.

    2. You can do this, just change the image file, replace it with your picture but leave the same name.

    3. The SMS system would not work anymore but we don't have plan to close our business or stop developing Amelia, we have huge plans for the future, and we plan to implement more large features, customizations options and integrations.

    4. We have several languages included: Greek, Spanish, German, Japanese, French and English, but we have also the files so you can translate the plugin using Poedit or Loco Translate.

    Best regards.
