We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – AmeliawpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I’m looking at using Amelia for a client. They do irrigation installs for gated communities and would like to offer a difference booking schedule/package for different communities. I’d like to know if there’s a way for me to have the user select what community they belong to and then they’d see different booking packages, schedule availability, etc.

    Thank you,

    -Jess

    Hi Jess,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

Our plugin functions in that way that your clients first choose a service and then a location and an employee. So in order to first choose a location and then choose a package you would need to create these packages in the place where employees are. Also, you should know that packages option as selecting multiple days for booking while purchasing a package isn't supported in our plugin at the moment. Other solution would be to make different communities as services and then show them in a Catalog form, and once customer choses the community then he will see packages (in the place where employees are), and available dates and times for booking.

The best way to see how our plugin works is to try it on our demo site here. There you can see our front-end booking forms to see which options come first when customers book, and you can also try the back-end.

    Best regards.
