We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Is it possible to stop a resource being booked twice? Plugin is being used by a beauty salon who have 4 staff members. They all can provide a service (spray tan) but there is only 1 room where the service can be provided (1x tanning booth). Is it possible to have it so that when the service is booked for a staff member the room is not available for anyone else to book?

    Thank you for purchasing our plugin.

    Unfortunately something like this isn't possible at the moment. We have this feature on our features list here (it's called Option to manage resources with appointments), so it would be great if you could vote for it. Also, maybe you can use some workaround, if you have just one service you can create employees in the place where services are and create service on the place where employee is, in that way your customers will just see option to choose employees because there are 4 of them and service dropdown would be hidden because it is just one service, and because all employees are connected with one service (employee), once your customer schedules one appointment, other ones will become unavailable. But then you would need to use the plugin in the opposite way.
