I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.

However, you can change the + button to be bigger, so it looks something like this:

The way to do this would be to add this Custom CSS to Custom JS and CSS:

.wpdt-c .responsiveExpander {    
padding: 10px !important;
}

This will apply to all tables, but if you want to implement it only to a single table on a page, you need to add it to a page where the table's shortcode is, between the <style>...</style> tags:

.wpdt-c .responsiveExpander {    
padding: 10px !important;
}
</style>
