We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello, I have a question about how to make a line chart display multiple meter names. In my case, I would like to create something like: http://prntscr.com/mh48nq
However, in wpDataTables plugin, I get a red error bar saying I can only display one column of specific data type.
I can now only display flow in one line (summed amount), but I would like to display three different lines, each for every meter. I believe this must be possible since I paid $55 for this plugin.
It looks like this now: http://prntscr.com/mh49u5, but I want to have displayed 3 different meters, like in the picture above.
I hope you can help me fix this problem!
Best regards.
Hello Jerebic.
Thank you for your purchase.
Yes, of course this can be done. Let me show you an example. You can take a look at the source table in attachment "Selection_210", and you can see how the chart looks like in attachment "Selection_211".
The chart used columns "Week Ending", "Staff Offshore Manhours", "Staff Onshore Manhours" and "Weekly SORs Received"; Highcharts, Spline chart.
You can try this and let me know if it helps.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
