    I am getting a kind a bug. we offer coaching so that means that if some of my coworkers get a booking in a time slot, it should be blocked for him. So the clients should not be able to book this time slot in the same day, and this service (and the other should be blocked too). 

    But the clients can do it. We already receive in our appointments part that more that one client book the same day and time and we are cancelling to some clients because of this (and this is annoying for us and them). So how can i solve this problem?? Please help soon as possible.

    I need to mention that we have enabled the previous confirmation to the appointments. And i need to mention that this behavior happens when the client is waiting for the confirmation. The clients can keep booking this time slot while a appointment is not approved yet for that service (the other services get blocked)and after you confirm the appointment this time slot get finally blocked.

    But we want that it get already blocked while a client is waiting for approval so other clients can not book it until we reject or cancel the appointment.

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    We totally understand your concern and we have added this feature as priority in our plan for the next version. We will give our best to implement it as soon as possible. The plugin is made to work like you described but from the user perspective we see that your suggestion totally has a point so we will change the logic or implement a new option for this.

    thank you!. 

    Do you have an idea when that update comes?, that  this is making us crazy, people repeat many appointments and we have to constantly cancel the new clients which generates inconvenience ...

    And we can not afford to accept appointments directly because they must be approved first by outsiders.

    Hi easieber,

    We will release an update tomorrow with this option. The option will be in the General Settings so clients will not be able to schedule already booked Pending appointments with minimum and maximum capacity 1, and if maximum capacity is larger than 1 then the customers will see this time slot as available if they select capacity that is available, but if they select more people than it is left in the appointment they will no longer see that time slot as free.

    Hi easieber,

    We have released a new version with this option, you will find it in our General Settings. By default this option is enabled because of the previous users, but if you disable it your clients will not be able to book Pending appointment if maximum capacity is reached.

    Thanks! i got the notification from codecrayon, but wordpress still says that is not update there.. (i have my order code introduced and everything to do the updates) and nothing..

    Hi easieber,

    We didn't release an auto-update. We usually wait for a couple of days to see whether some issues will appear that didn't appear in the testing phase before we release an auto-update. So you would need to manually update the plugin.

    When downloading the new plugin version from CodeCanyon, please follow these steps to update manually from the existing version:

    1. Go to your FTP and open WordPress plugins folder
    2. Delete the old Amelia version folder
    3. Upload the new version of Amelia
    4. Go to WP-admin panel, and open the Plugins section
    5. Deactivate Amelia, and then activate it again

    We will wait probably tomorrow afternoon or Wednesday morning and if everything is stable, we will release the auto-update.

    Now that i am still here i have a quick question, Is there a possibility that i can create a second kind of custom email/ for example if someone book a service A then they will get a email A and if they order a service B they then will get email B and so..

    i have another question i want to jump line in this information box.. but nothing work, how can i do that?? Is weird that you can only write a straight text here... and its possible add a permalink to words?? for example in the checkbox for the privacy policy is not nice that you can not introduce a link to the privacy policy page.. How can i do that??

    Hi Eduardo,

    From version 1.4.4 it is possible to add the custom HTML into the Text Content custom field so you can add links, images or custom the text (to make it bold, italic, add colors etc.). So, I suppose that you have some version below that. You can read here how to manually update the plugin.

    I already have version 1.4.4... Do you have maybe a example of how is the correct way? i am using the checkbox option in the custom fields and this should be the text: Ich erkläre mich durch das Abschicken des Formulars mit der Korrespondenz bzw. der Zusendung von Daten per E-Mail an die oben angegebene E-Mail-Adresse einverstanden.     I apologize for the late reply, we had non-working days.

    Can you please save the Text Content custom field again? It seems like this custom field was saved in the previous 1.4.3 version and that can be the reason why it isn't working.

    Hey Isidora, it still doesn't work. I am using the "select option" field. and introducing the text in a option. to create the checkbox to accept AGB and privacy policy.. (this two words should have the link to their respective links)

    Hi Eduardo,

    It seems that we didn't understand each other. HTML can be used only in Text Content custom field that you have shown to me in your screenshot, you cannot use it in other custom fields (text, text area, selectbox, checkbox and radio button). So you need those policies to put in the Text Content custom field, not in Selectbox.

    Ok thank you, would be great to have this implementation in mind, because normally you need to accept privacy policy and would be great have in as a obligatory checkbox option and with a link to the page of the privacy policy page. :)

    Talking about another topic we wanted to implement automatic invoices when someone buy a service and apparently the only way is woocommerce. ( if there is another way please let me know!. We are not so fan of woocoomerce, because is hard to customize but well.


    But my question here is: in Woocommerce when you are redirected from amelia to the cart and the service that the person booked is showed as a product, the time of the appointment is showed in english and we want to translate it. (from March 18 2019 to 18 März 2019). In the amelia plugin is reflected well in german but when you are transfer to the woocommerce cart then this is the only value showed in english.. How can we edit that??

    Maybe you can put first the checkbox and under it a Text Content custom field with a link?

    At the moment, the only way to send invoices is with WooCommerce, but we plan to investigate whether it is possible to do this using Stripe payment as well.

    As for the translation, we will need to check if this is possible. Please give us some time.

    First, it is ready the update with the translation to german for the date while using Woocommerce to create the invoices?

    Second, i have a question it is posible to create a second product in woocommerce for a second service in Amelia?? because doesn't matter the service that the customer choose in the invoice is reflected the name of the product. and apparently for amelia exist only one product in Woocommerce...

    Hi Eduardo,

    We are a little late but the update will probably be tomorrow, I apologize for this, it will be a huge one.

    We have succeeded to resolve the issue with date translation if you have just one language on your website, however if you have multiple languages we are afraid that there are still some problems with this.

    You can change the name of the product, but it will be the same for all services and invoices. Creating of multiple products is not possible at the moment.

    All good. i kind of find a solution.. But that brought me to another question. It is possible to edit the code so i can include the words "um" and "Uhr" before and after the time of the appointment? for example "um 12:00 Uhr".

    Hi Eduardo,

    I am afraid that something like this is not possible if this isn't a time format. You can set custom time or date format in WordPress General Settings but I have tried this and then the time format displays a lot of numbers. You can try to set it in WordPress General Settings.

    i tried this \u\m H:i \U\h\r (specified in the documentation of Wordpress)and it works everywhere (wordpress and woocommerce/invoice), except in the amelia plugin... maybe some programmer know a way to introduce/accept characters in the time, that can be modify in amelia's code locally.

    We have checked this and unfortunately this time format isn't supported at the moment. We have added on our To Do list to check if there is a solution to include this format in one of the next updates.
