Please let me know if it works.

If it doesn't, could you please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue? We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I just created a new report, please take a look. The template is attached here.

The thing is that the column names were wrong in the template. You have to use the exact column names displayed on the top, when you click on Settings of each column, in the ${variable}:

It generates the report now, but please note that ${customer_name}, ${customer_address}, ${customer_phone} and ${totalamount} columns are not found, and that's why it's not showing anything.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to export images in the report.

We added this feature on our To Do list, and we will revise it for the future versions.

I believe you'll be able to take over from here. If not, please let me know if there's anything I can do to help.

I see you have WordPress 5.

You need to add a block by clicking on the + in the top left. There, you can select a classic block, and paste the shortcode there.
