Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
While setting up services and employees in Amelia, I would like to have Service - price not to be a mandatory field, just like employee - email, or at least I should be able to choose the same email address (the company general email address) for every single employee. How do I arrange this?
Hi Moerfie,
Thank you for your purchase.
The service price is mandatory but if you don't want to have price just put 0 and the price calculation and the payment types on the front-end booking form will become hidden.
As for the employees' emails, if you use Google or Outlook for emails there is a workaround. You can put the same email just place +number before @ and you will be able to save employees but all emails will go to the same email address. For example [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] etc, will be different while saving and you will be able to save all employees but all emails will go to [email protected] address.
Best regards.
