We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hello,

    there is an italian translation of the plugin? If no, there are files I can edit to translate the plugin?

    Hi Maria,
    Thank you for your interest in wpdatatables.

    Unfortunately at the moment there is no translation on Italian language. If you want to translate it, you can do that with POEDIT 

     This is an instruction:

    1. Download the wpDataTables plugin from CodeCanyon (if you bought it) and save the .zip file on your computer.

    2. Unzip downloaded .zip file.

    3. You need to download and install POEDIT. 

    4. After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer wpdatatables/languages/en_US/wpdatatables.po.

    5. Translate all the strings

    6. Save the translation in new file wpdatatables-it_IT.po and it will be generated new wpdatatables-it_IT.mo file

    7. Go to wpdatatables/languages/ folder and make new folder and call him it_IT and  then copy these two files called wpdatatables-it_IT.po and wpdatatables-it_IT.mo and then copy hole folder it_IT back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/languages/.

    When you finish that it would be nice to send us that translation, so we can include in next major update so you don't have to copy this folder from local machine on every update.

    Ok thank you,

    I use often POEDIT. As the plugin has the .po file, there aren't problems for me. Some plugins don't use this file, and it's more difficult to make the translation!.
