The server returns all the appointments so If the user have more than 1000 appointments the time to load all of them can be quite long and the admin must wait for example more than 1 minute to see all the appointments.( depends on the server performance)
For the future updates we will add for user to choose extended date range for the appointments.
Why it doesn't show all appointments in the list? Why do I need to choose the date all the time to see appointments?
