Can i set a conditional formatting as,
if date is older than 30 days then cell is red?

I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
You can set a rule which would set cell color if cell value is within last 30 days, or if it is in the last month, but not what you're asking for.
