You can change date format in WordPress Settings, go to the Settings > General and there you will see Date Format option. Once you change it that date will be applied in the whole plugin and in the notifications as well.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Is is possible to change the data from 01/30/2019 ( 1st of january )
to the european standard 30-01-2019 in Amelia and the notifications?
The general settings of my website are correct but Amelia does not seem to copy that and i can't find settings to change it.

This is indeed true for the plugin itself but the confirmation email that the customer receives still uses the wrong format.
