We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I can't really find how to setup a workshop with Amelia.
We are planning to do cooking workshops on set dates (16 feb, march 31, june 3).
Can this be done via Amelia?
I've just looked at the demo, and couldn't find the function for this.

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Amelia is currently made for time slot booking and is mostly used for appointment bookings. You could do that with our Special Days option, by disabling all other days but you should know that your customers would see the whole month with available and unavailable dates because we don't have the option to display only the list of events at the moment. However, since the event booking was one of the most requested features we have added it in our plan, and we plan to add a new Booking form with it, where you will be able to display list of the events, with the remaining spaces and all other.
We have users that use our plugin for these kind of events, but you should know that currently there are some restrictions. To see our Special Days option go to the Employees page, open Employee and then open Special Days tab, there you will see what you can set.
If you are interested I could inform you after we release the Event booking option.
