Hi, I have my Google Calendar synced with client ID/Password along with each individual employee personally synced. I also made sure that all of their preexisting appointments are set to busy on the Google Calendar side, but Amelia still doesn't seem to register that the time slots are already taken and just shows everything. "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" is on in the settings. Is there something I am missing to make the 2 way sync work properly?
Could you please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I have created test employee, connected it with my Google Calendar and busy time slots are deleted from Amelia calendar. Can you try to set larger number at Maximum Number Of Events Returned, maybe this is the reason if you have many events in the Google Calendar.
Also, can you send me screenshots of Google calendar and those specific events and Amelia Calendar with those time slots?
I just tested again and it seems to be working! I increased the Number OF Events Returned just to be safe, but all seems correct now. Thank you so much!
