    It's still highly frustrating that I can't change the prefilled field if once used a certain e-mail address to make a booking.

    I understand that's because of the connection with dashboard information and the account information. But it should be an option to change it if you like. Then a warning could pop up or something but it should be possible.

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    I am not quite sure that I understand you completely, but we have implemented an option to allow users to change their first and last name but leave the same email, you can find it in the Roles Settings, just open Customer tab.

    If you meant on WordPress user and that the fields are disabled if someone is logged into the WordPress, we will look into this for the future versions and try to make this better. At the moment they can only log out and then book appointment with different information.
