I have received several e-mails about an update of my plugin. If I go to the downloads I only see the basic file that was purchased in the beginning. There is no file that's called update.
I really want to update but I don't want to lose all my details in the booking system that I use right now.
Could you tell me where to go en what to do exactly so I can update my bookingsystem ?
If you entered the purchase code in the settings then you will receive auto updates.
Some sites are configured to auto update the plugins when the auto update is available ( depends on setup) but if not you will receive notification in the WordPress that the plugin is ready for auto update, so you just need to click and the update is done
And that's where the problem is: I saw this in the demo but I do not have the oppurtunity to fill in my purchase id.
If I go to settings: I don't have the menu purchase id. ONLY: General, company,Notification, Working hrs & days off, payments, Google calender and labels.
Yes now you have the option to enter your purchase code and you will be notified when the auto update is released for the future versions so you can update the plugin with one click.

Thank you for your purchase.
The auto update is not released yet, we usually wait for 3-4 days until we release it.
In the meantime you can manually update the plugin by following the guide from the documentation.
When downloading the new plugin version from CodeCanyon, please follow these steps to update manually from the existing version:
1. Go to your FTP and open WordPress plugins folder
2. Delete the old Amelia version folder
3. Upload the new version of Amelia
4. Go to WP-admin panel, and open the Plugins section
5. Deactivate Amelia, and then activate it again
This is the most common manual update for all the plugins.

OK i just logged in to your site and saw that you are using 1.3 version.
From the 1.3.1 version there is an option to add purchase code ( because from the 1.3.1 version we released Lite version and auto updates)
In this case you will need to manually update the plugin following this guide.
